At Kat The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your intimates; if your pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
